Thanks to all of our members who turned out for our first annual general meeting Saturday, 4/23. Our quorum was large enough to qualify us for an upcoming grant, so we are doubly grateful! We now have seven members on our Board of Directors. They are:
- Don Elder
- Galen Armstrong
- Radha Fournier
- Scott Harris
- Damian Inwood
- Anna Lussenburg
- Dan Miller
Congratulations to all!
Join us on location, April 30, as we launch our online station with a live webcast! With performances from Marley Daemon, Meghan McKillop, Nomi Lyonns, Samba du Soleil, Daniel Trump and Scott Merrick, it’s going to be a great night. Come down to Mahon Hall, on Salt Spring Island, and be part of the show!

Surveying today at the Salt Spring Saturday Market was a great success. Over a hundred of you dropped by to take our survey. Thank you! We appreciate your feedback and will be compiling it all to help strengthen our case for a new CRTC licence.
We also plan to visit our Gulf Islands neighbors and communities nearby to get their feedback too. So, more surveying to come… If anyone missed us today who would like to submit a survey, email us at email@example.com and we’ll get in touch. Every bit helps.
Some of us will be conducting surveys at the Saturday Market on October 24. Please drop by to say “Hi!” and if you haven’t filled out a survey yet, this is a great opportunity for you to voice your preferences and get involved! See you there.
Thanks to all of you who took the time to join us and filled out surveys. This meeting was a great start, and we look forward to future gatherings.
Sign up to be on our email list if you’d like to stay informed about events, or would like to volunteer. There will be many exciting opportunities to help!
